As the founder and CEO of Keepnet Labs, Ozan is passionate about creating and delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity products that continuously protect businesses of any size from cyber threats.
Over 16 years in cybersecurity, Ozan has built and exited two successful startups. In 2008, he developed a new-generation firewall for his first venture. In 2010, he co-founded a cybersecurity consulting and training firm, serving clients globally, primarily in the EU and US.
Ozan's core competencies include information security, network security, penetration testing, forensics, incident response, and cyber security awareness and education. He holds international ethical hacker certifications and accreditations. Ozan is also a frequent speaker and contributor to national and international conferences, publications, and media outlets on various cybersecurity topics.
With Keepnet Labs, Ozan aims to provide an extended human risk management platform that continuously protects businesses of any size from threats targeting the human element!
David Annable is an inspirational leader with a passion to support organisations in order to fulfil their talent needs, focusing inclusively on IT infrastructure technology. David has started his career in sales in the area of IT. Subsequently, he grew his career as Contract Recruitment Manager and Company Director. Finally, in 2011, David co-founded Franklin Fitch, where he had the opportunity to harmonise and grow his people, consultancy and leadership skills. Since the establishment, David and his team has achieved great success and been awarded for many achievements at Franklin Fitch.
Franklin Fitch has played an integral role during the expansion of Keepnet Labs in the UK. In 2022, this partnership is enhanced with David Annable's investment in Keepnet Labs. Since then, David Annable has been acting as a partner at Keepnet Labs, in addition to his CEO role at Franklin Fitch.
As the Americas Vice President of Sales at Keepnet, Joe leads sales, solution engineering, and partnerships, along with go-to-market strategy. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has built and led world-class sales teams with a focus on customer transformation to meet rising cybersecurity challenges. Prior to joining Keepnet, Joe has held key leadership positions at Check Point Software Technologies, AlienVault, and OPSWAT, where he successfully developed and executed sales strategies that resulted in increased market share and revenue growth.
Simon has successfully nourished his technical skills with recruitment, people development and leadership experience throughout his career. Starting as an IT Network Architect, Simon has continued his professional journey as Contract Consultant, Head of Recruitment and Head of Sales, respectively. He recruited, developed and managed diverse teams in various countries. As Head of UK Sales, Simon is responsible for implementing sales strategies and achieving the growth mainly in the UK and near territories.
Mehmet has successfully completed important development projects as a trusted consultant during his 15+ years of career. Starting his business life as a Software Developer, Mehmet has been holding Project Management and Team Management roles since 2014. Mehmet holds technical certifications and he has delivered various trainings as a trusted advisor throughout his career. Mehmet leads our technology and development processes at Keepnet Labs.
Ece has been holding various HR roles in IT companies throughout her career. She has hands-on experience in building organizational structures and teams, developing people strategies and corporate culture as well as contributing to organisational change and development. At Keepnet Labs, Ece contributes to the organizational growth of Keepnet Labs in 3 different geographies; the UK, the US and Turkey, as well as creating the people policy and strategies.
